Description
The HDs use a slightly thicker piece of leather in order to withstand more torque on the bar. In all other ways, they’re identical to our Alec Smith 2.0 grips, including a flexible flap that provides full protection for your hand, a comfortable and adjustable wrist strap, and a custom design from four-time CrossFit Games athlete and former elite gymnast Alec Smith.
Includes a RXSG mesh bag with a carabiner to clip onto your gym bag. Let your grips air dry without stinking up your entire gym bag.

Sizing
Care
You can use a wire brush. Sometimes the chalk and pressure will matte down the hairs and make the palm strap smooth, use a wire brush to de-matte. Do not submerge in water as this will tarnish/weather the leather. We recommend laying out flat in the sun to get rid of smell, or taking a damp cloth and lightly rubbing the palm strap, but there are no set recommendations for washing leather.
Warranty
All Rx Smart Gear products have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in proper operating condition upon shipment from the factory and are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship and material that may develop within 60 days from date of purchase. Any part or parts of the jump rope that prove defective within 60 days shall be replaced without charge providing such defect, in our opinion, is due to faulty material or workmanship and not caused by tampering, abuse, misapplication or improper use. Using an Rx Jump Rope on concrete, asphalt, dirt, gravel or any other abrasive surface will automatically void the Manufacturer's Warranty. The purchaser takes full responsibility to return the product back to Rx Smart Gear, Inc. for inspection and/or repairs. Any alterations of the product made by anyone other than Rx Smart Gear renders this warranty null and void. Warranty period does not start until the date of delivery. *Color Disclaimer* Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when reproduced to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Again, these are custom products and CANNOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Cable colors can vary within cable weights of the same color due to differences in the thickness of the outer coating. *Cable Disclaimer* Jump rope cables will wear out over time and will need to be replaced. Can I exchange my grips?
Yes, if they are in brand new, unused condition. Opening to try on is OK, but, make sure there is no chalk or visible signs of use. The customer is responsible for paying to mail the items to us, but the exchange and shipping back to you are free.

Inside the package, please include a note with your order number and state that this is an exchange for the new size you would like. Once we receive your package, we will process the exchange. Please let us know if you have any questions.
My grips ripped, can I get a replacement?
2 answers:
1) if its within a few uses from the purchase. Please send us a picture.
2) if it’s been over 3 months, we do not replace. Grips will wear down. Chalk and storage with moisture can soften leather and cause them to rip.
Do you have more Alec Smith 1.0 Grips left?
We have moved to the 2.0 version only and the 1.0 will not be coming back to stock. We have added a few minor adjustments to the 2.0. We have added a half and inch longer and quarter of an inch wider to each palm strap.
